LAND (Los Angeles Nomadic Division) is proud to present Sarah Cain, a publication that explores Sarah Cain’s work in various media.  Cain’s work constantly challenges and expands upon the definition of painting through experiments in site and context. Sarah Cain is the artist’s first monograph, detailing her work from 2002 to the present.

Sarah Cain was published by LAND upon the conclusion of LAND’s multi-site, multi-artist exhibition Nothing Beside Remains in Marfa, TX.  For the exhibition, Cain created a site-specific installation entitled Forget me not for the first floor of the former Masonic Lodge.
